1 tablet – Cicorium intybus – 65 mg, Capparis spinosa – 65 mg, Solanum nigrum – 32 mg, Terminalia arjuna – 32 mg, Cassia western (Cassia occidentalis) – 16 mg, yarrow (Achillea millefolium) – 16 mg, tamarisk gall (Tamarix gallica) – 16 mg, iron oxide – 33 mg.

1 ml of liquid for internal use – extracts of chicory ordinary (Cichorium intybus) – 17 mg, capers of spiny (Capparis spinosa) – 17 mg, solanum black (Solanum nigrum) – 8 mg, terminalia arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) – 8 mg, cassia western (Cassia occidentalis) – 4 mg, yarrow (Achillea millefolium) – 4 mg, tamarisk gall (Tamarix gallica) – 4 mg.

Pharmacologic effect of Liv.52

The drug Various Herbal Ingredients is a complex plant hepatoprotector. Promotes the regeneration of liver cells and stimulates their biosynthetic function. Significantly weakens the effect of lipid peroxidation on the membranes of hepatocytes. Reduces the effect of toxins on the liver cells and eliminates the symptoms of biliary dyskinesia. Promotes improvement of appetite and normalization of digestion. It has choleretic, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and mild diuretic action.

Indications for use Liv.52

The drug is indicated for chronic and acute (during the reconvalescence) hepatitis of various etiologies and (viral, medicinal, alcoholic, etc.), liver cirrhosis and pre-cirrhotic conditions, with fatty liver disease and diskenezii bile ducts, cholecystitis.

Liv 52 is effective in the same way as prophylactic hepatoprotective agent in drug therapy with antibiotics, sulfonamides and chemotherapy, as well as after radiation therapy and in the postoperative period.

The drug is prescribed in the complex therapy of general exhaustion and anorexia, with paraproteinemia and weight loss in children.

Side effects of Liv.52

These usually do not occur, in the vast majority of cases, the drug is tolerated well.

In the case of individual hypersensitivity to one or more of the components of the drug, allergic reactions, dyspeptic disorders on the part of the gastrointestinal tract are possible.
