FIND MY TRACKING CODE ONLINE
Log in to your account on our website, and go to ‘Order History’ to find your tracking code once it becomes available.
You can also find your delivery tracking code in your email, which we will send within 2-5 business days of your order being paid and dispatched from our warehouse.
Check whether your order has been packed and ready for shipping, if it’s being shipped, or whether it is being reshipped (in the case it was seized by customs).
Check whether your order payment has been approved, declined, or whether it’s still pending.
