Are you a recognised company?

We are a professional mail order business licensed to sell and distribute pharmaceutical products. We’ve been in business for over five years, offering authentic, high-quality anabolic steroids and bodybuilding-related products online without a prescription.

What is the quality of your products?

You can tell from the first dose that all our products are 100 per cent original and produced by world-renowned pharmaceutical manufacturers. The variety of brands we work with include brands like Alpha Pharma, BioScience GmbH, British Dispensary, British Dragon, GenSci, LA Pharma and Max Pro.

Is it legal to purchase these products?

Since laws on purchasing pharmaceutical steroids differ widely between countries, we recommend you research the legislation that applies where you reside.

Do I need a prescription to order?

No, a prescription is NOT required to order our products.

How long does it take to place and receive an order?

Once an order gets placed, we will email you with an order confirmation. We process and ship your order within 2-5 business days after receiving your payment. Because shipping time depends on various factors such as the shipping method, postal service efficiency, customs clearance and international transit, we can only give you an estimate based on our statistics and former experience.

Once we have a tracking code for the parcel, it usually takes 7 to 15 business days to ship to the United States (where most of our customers are based).

Is there a limit to how much I may order at once?

You can order as much as you want at any time. However, you may wish to ask a trained legal consultant for advice on your order quantity and any import restrictions that may apply to some products.

We advise first-time customers to make a test purchase, and if you are satisfied with our services, you may then order with us again in larger quantities.

What are your methods of payment?

We are one of the few online steroid shops that accept major credit cards as payment.

However, we do not recommend that our first-time clients pay for orders above $750 using their credit cards. Such payments should be made by bank transfer, money transfer (like Moneygram) or in Bitcoin.  These methods do not require verification, and customers will receive a 10% discount on expensive orders every time they pay using one of these options.

Second-time customers will receive a discount on any new orders and may purchase any amount with a credit card.

How is my payment processed?

After submitting your credit card payment, we may need to verify your order. Therefore, we must have your valid phone number. If your order payment does not pass our verification or we cannot reach you, we will have to decline the order and offer you an alternative means of payment as described earlier.

However, once your payment has been verified and passed our anti-fraud control, your card will then be charged. We usually process approved payments and clear them for shipping within 1-2 business days.

I placed an order, but my credit card has not been charged. What should I do?

Your card will not be debited right away after making a transaction. The verification process can take anywhere from 2 hours to 2 days. Please contact us if your card is not charged within two business days of your order, and we’ll look into it.

What happens if my billing and delivery addresses are different?

This won’t be an issue as long as the names on the credit card and shipping destination are the same. If, however, our payment gateway advises us to check this order, we may require additional verification from you.

On the other hand, if your billing country is different from your shipping country, you will need to select an alternative payment method as outlined previously.

Can I pay by bank transfer, and are there any benefits to choosing this payment method?

Yes, we welcome payments by bank transfer. Plus we offer a 5% discount on any order paid by this method, on top of other discounts you may be eligible for (such as, returning customer, promo code, or any other special promotions). And we will also cover the bank transfer fees. For example, if your order is $400, you’ll need to pay $400 – $20 (5% discount) – $40 (bank transfer charge) = $340. For orders over $750, we offer a 10% discount on top of any other discounts, as well as the bank charges.

European customers can make payments to our EU bank account by Uberweisung (Germany) and IBAN transfers. SEPA transactions are free, and you will receive a 10% discount on such purchases.

Payments made via bank transfer don’t need to be verified and are usually handled and cleared within 1-2 business days. You will thus receive your order faster this way.

What discounts do you offer?

The following discounts are currently applicable:

  • 5% discount on orders less than $750 if paid by bank transfer, money transfer or in Bitcoin;
  • 10% discount on orders above $750 if paid by bank transfer, money transfer or in Bitcoin;
  • 5% on any returning customer order;
  • 10% on any returning customer order with a value of more than $750 (for all payment methods).

We also offer a variety of seasonal sales and promotions, including periodic discounts on our steroid cycles.

How do you ship your products?

Upon successful payment, we clear your order for shipping and provide you with a tracking code within 2-5 business days.

We use EMS (USPS) traceable shipping that requires a signature upon arrival of the product. You can track all packages via these websites:

https://www.usps.com (for US orders, when the item is already in the US)

http://www.track-trace.com/post (for packages sent to any country and at any stage of the delivery)

How do you ship bulk or large-quantity orders?

If the order is too large to fit into a regular small- or medium-sized envelope, we will carefully repack the contents into the requisite number of smaller packages. No matter how large your order is, we guarantee the same level of discretion and precaution with packing as with any small order. And regardless of your order size, you will only have to pay once for the shipping.

How long does shipping take?

The estimated arrival time is 5-17 working days, depending on your destination:

  • 5-12 business days to the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia
  • 8-17 business days to South Africa

Is it possible there may be a shipping delay?

Shipping time depends on various factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance and international transit, which is why we only provide you with an approximation based on our statistics and past records.

We have found that 80-85% of airmail packages arrive within 10 business days, and 15-20% arrive within 10-15 business days – a reflection of inconsistencies within the postal system rather than our services. Customs clearance at both the country of origin and destination for the shipping is the primary source of delay, and is the most common cause of your tracking code not moving for five days.

International orders usually pass through the local and national postal service in the country of origin; then exportation and transfer through exit ports; transit to the destination country with the international postal service; importation in the destination country (and customs clearance); and finally, on to the local and national postal service in the destination country. Each successive step has an impact on the overall delivery time. Thus, even if the majority of these are well-executed and on time, inefficiency or temporary idleness at any other stage is enough to cause a delay to the expected arrival time.

Is it possible to send shipments to a P.O. Box address?

Yes, we deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Is it necessary to have a signature for shipment, and if so, why?

Yes, our shipping method necessitates your signature upon arrival. It enables us to challenge any fraudulent chargebacks if, for example, a customer received their order but claims otherwise. We have a 99% success rate in winning such disputes as we provide the correspondence with our clients, their order details, a picture of our parcel and the confirmation from the postal service that the item was delivered.

On the other hand, any fraudulent dispute damages the claimant’s credit record, as well as causing them to pay anywhere from $25 to $200 for the unlawful claim.

From where do you ship?

We organize our shipments from India, Singapore, Thailand and Europe. We don’t print our company name on the packaging, and shipments are sent from various locations to ensure the utmost discretion and best chance of successful delivery.

To what countries do you ship?

We ship all over the world.

What happens if customs seizes a package?

We have a 99% successful delivery rate to the US, Canada, Europe and South Africa. In the unlikely chance of a parcel getting confiscated, we will redeliver those items (at our own cost) or credit your account with us towards future purchases on our website. All we need is an email with the official notification from the post office or customs confirming the shipment has been blocked, and we’ll arrange a fresh delivery within three business days.

Why doesn’t the shipping site recognize my tracking code?

Because the product is delivered to a logistics warehouse where it awaits customs, it can only be tracked after 72 hours. Please let us know if a tracking code does not appear in the system after three business days, and we will investigate this for you.

We recommend our US customers use the track-trace.com site until the package arrives in the United States. After that, you can use the USPS website. To get the most updated information on your shipment status on that site, we recommend registering with your email address.

According to my tracking code, my parcel is not moving?

It usually occurs when items are being held at customs and awaiting clearance, and it does not necessarily signify a problem. However, if your tracking code shows no progress after ten days, please notify us, and we’ll look into it. We also advise you to contact your local EMS (USPS) office with the tracking code to get detailed information on the current shipment location.

The order has arrived but is incomplete. What should I do?

If you have a problem, we ask that you kindly contact us as soon as possible. We require you to email us a photo of everything you received, including the packaging labels. It will aid us in determining how the mishap occurred and preventing such issues from happening in the future. We usually have the result of an investigation within two business days. By then, we can compensate you with the redelivery of the missing items, a partial refund, credit towards a new purchase, or a discount coupon.

We usually reply to emails within 24 hours, but it may take up to two business days due to any differences in time zones. For example, an email request sent on Friday may in such cases only receive a reply by Monday.
